Crazy!!!!!

Hey hey everyone... so are chels and me the only ones that are going to use colours for our posts? And don't tell me you're too lazy to pick a friggin' colour (especially you Lily!) I mean, I could guess who is posting and for the most part it's Lily, but the post before mine (which I'm pretty sure is Joanne) I had to assume. At least Ann signs her name at the bottom... and makes fun of Lily, which is an obvious hint.

So yeah, I got a few new things to report. Well, I went shopping for a costume at Value Village and wow it was busy. They only really had the scary costumes (ie. ugly monster, Freddy, the evil guy in Scream) with the exception of a few, like a mad scientist (Ann, are you a mad scientist?) Maggie wanted me to get the Scream mask that oozes blood but I wasn't feeling it. So then I went home and then later my brilliant mind came up with an idea. Because I couldn't find anything close at all to a Peter Pan costume, I decided to buy a black cloak-y thing and carry around the silver-glittery-star wand that Chels gave me. So my costume would be somekinda dark wizard. I know, it's lame and wearing green tights and carrying a small wooden sword would be wayyyy more fun, but I haven't seen that costume anywhere. So what do you guys think? I think it's even cheaper than Lily's costume, which is pretty hard to believe.

Guess who I saw at work? Okay, give up? Whatever, you'd probably never guess him anyway. So there I was today, walking around my department, when out of the corner of my eye, I saw someone that looked exactly like Jordan. And I mean exactly. I stood there for what seemed like a minute while this guy was staring at me (I think). I don't know.... I just felt weird. I don't know how to describe it. So Jordan walked around the gaming section a bit and I wondered if I should talk to him or not. I mean, I think it was pretty clear from my failed attempt last year that he didn't want to talk, but then again, it's now post-grad and that stuff is over. So after a while of pretending to do stuff in order to make sure it was really him, I walked over to him looking at PSP's and asked him if he needed any help. He looked up and said he was alright. And guess what? It wasn't Jordan after all. It was just some guy that looked exactly like him... from afar, but his face was different. I think I was relieved afterwards, but I don't know. Does this mean I still like him? I'm confused.

In other news, I think I may have been asked out-ish, but I don't think so. So this guy I work with , Marcus, was hanging around gaming when I was off. I went over to give him a Jolly Rancher before I left and... okay here's how the convo went: (it's faster this way)

Me: I have a present for you
Marcus: Huh? [confused look]
[give him the candy]
Marcus: Oh... awww....
Me: And I know it's not watermelon (he doesn't like watermelon)
Marcus: Awww....
Me: Yeah... now you owe me! Haha, just kidding!
Marcus: [laughs] Okay, I'll take you out to lunch sometime.
Me: [stunned] Really?
Marcus: Yeah.
Me: [still stunned] Really??
Marcus: [nods]
Me: [still stunned] Really?!?!

Yeah, so that was basically it. And no, Lily I don't know if he is gay or not. Maybe Ann can tell me. So how exactly do you know Ann? Do they wear scarves or something? Maybe Ann's gaydar is not as bad as we had all expected... definitely better than mine.

I think I failed to mention a small little detail about why it's so hard to ask that guy out in my class. You see, we're all in a small computer lab (Macs!!!) There is only about 5 of us (ha) in the room, not including the teacher. So when someone talks, everyone hears it. Everyone. But that's not the problem. The problem is that we're using music software on the computer so how do we hear it? We had headphones on. It's kind of hard to start a conversation with a guy who has headphones on and is rockin' out to some composition he's working on. Any ideas? Maybe I should just give up. Entirely.

Joanne: Stop stressing! Go take a break and eat some cookies or something. Or go play some video games. Stress = more stress = neverous meltdown = insane ward. Trust me. I am insane (but not because of stressing)

Anyone want to do something on Friday? I'm actually off... all day. Unless of course you guys want to study study study for your tests/exams/midterms and leave me all alone.

~~Aaron
Ps. Do you have Amelie Chels? I felt sad the other day and I wanted to watch it but then I thought Maggie gave it to somebody so I got mad at her. Anyway, I'd like either my Sarah McLachlan cd, my book (Boy Meets Boy), or Amélie back, please. Thanks!
