Okay, yeah, so Obama got elected. Was anyone really surprised though?

I was surprised that Proposition 8 got through (Prop 8 is the bill bans same-sex marriage in California, even though it was already passed into law a few months ago, and the definition of marriage as a man + woman is written into the Constitution). Considering all the high profile companies (ie. Apple) and celebrities (ie. Brad Pitt) who have donated against the ban, not to mention several ads, it still got passed. I'm not sure on the numbers, but it's a really big disappointment; it's like saying, "Oh, you guys are equal... just kidding!". I guess we're pretty lucky that we have it here in Canada (even in red-neck Alberta).

Charles? Keuny and Charles are two quite different names. Apparently, he told me that Min told him that you want to meet him (hopefully that made sense). No, I have no problem with people knowing about me + Kem; I was just trying to figure out who told him (apparently it was his friend from school -- I think it's the other guy in the School of Music I met online; pretty much has to be).

And hey, according to Kem (who I still haven't talked to but oh well), a lot of guys in the School of Music are gay, so hmm. Good luck with the job, Chels!
