Hey Aarie, my L test was fine. I got 100% of course :P hahaha. Well I mean technically I did but that's only because you can skip questions and come back to them later, but I didn't need to since I got 40 out of 50 questions right already (you need 80% to pass)... So they just stop the exam once you answer enough questions to get 80%. Mwahaha I didn't have to answer the skippes ones in the end. But yeah I swear they designed the machines for tall people because the angle of it was so weird... It was hurting my eyes. I also had to do the weird eye test thing to confirm I am not colour blind and can use my peripheral vision and I have adequate depth perception (I passed). I had to get one of the weird licenses (you know the new ones that you can take across the border so you can't smile in your pic?) :P It should come in the mail next week.
I was practicing driving with my dad with Dan/my mom taking turns being my "extra passenger." I practiced around UBC on the weekend (it's so quiet here on the weekend) and parking and stuff. I practiced with our old Corolla and Dan kept telling me I was going too slow but I don't like going faster than 20k/h in that car because it makes funny noises when I hit the gas :(
Anyways, I am rambling...
Yeah Aarie maybe you should mention the thing to your prof... Just if you talk to her (or him?) sometime then afterwards maybe just mention, "by the way... you know that vocab word on the test? Well we actually did learn it and it was even on that last quiz..." But yeah. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it but maybe casually slip it in?
So exam schedules are out and my last exam is..... on the 21st :( Poop. It's even later than high school! I think. It seems like it is. It's a Monday. I was hoping I would be able to get two jobs this winter, like last, but that doesn't seem like it's going to work out :|
Ummmmm well, it's Wednesday, which means I'm working on my lab stuff for tomorrow :) As usual... It's not so bad this week though; I am hoping to go to bed by like... 11pm? :O It will be a first! Hahaha
What's new with everyone else?
Oh and Aarie I was thinking of working with what I learned about your costume to do a group thing? Like Dan and I (and anyone else who wants to) can have the same theme? I am already designing how I am going to make my costume (it distracts me from thinking of creepy deadly things at night!) :P hahaha. Let me know. Also I am unhappy with the price of Fright Nights :|
Lily, thanks for my clothes back! Hope school and your planning social stuff is going well!
