Hey guys,


Hope you're all doing well. I don't have much to say... Just working these days at Van Dusen. Florence is here for the next week so I'll be hanging out with her a bit too...

How did your exam go, Chels? Work was pretty dismal last night. It was raining and not many people showed up. But good news: I did cash and it balanced out at the end of the 4 hours I was there. So yay! I'm somewhat competent when it comes to cash.

I went with Florence to London Drugs to print off a poster-sized copy of the poster I designed for On the Bus, which I'm really excited for. It'll be ready for pickup on Wednesday and then you can all come by and marvel at its greatness.

Anyway, have merry holidays, y'all. How's everyone's love lives? (I'm sure you can guess how mine is)

Oh, and my mom's apparently leaving for 3 days on Dec. 28th to Las Vegas so I have the house available if any of you want to come and have a super crazy house party! Ha

Lily, hope your flight was good and you got there safely.

Aaron, hope work is fun today... Let me know how it goes. I'm sure Dusty will say it's supposed to be the third busiest day or something :P haha :) Hopefully you have enough kettle corn.

So I am studying for my last final... It's worth 30% of my final grade, which is a lot less than my other finals were worth (50-55%)... I am trying to focus and somewhat succeeding but it's hard :|

Oh, Jeremy came home today. Which is why I am at the apartment still, studying. I know Dan's parents will be talking to him a lot and stuff (I mean, he hasn't been home since this summer) so I thought I would get really distracted.

What else? Well I can't wait for my last exam to be done (it's tomorrow at 8:30am) so I can finally take a break from studying! I miss working hahaha :P I never had homework.

Ah well, hope you guys are having relaxing/fun holidays!

I'm not sure what I'm going to do. Initially it was scary because the end of my 4 years will come very soon yet I still don't know where I want to be. I think it's great that you're considering a Masters. I'm not sure what options are available for you because I don't know your program/degree but it's good that you're learning more about it now so you can plan towards it.
Thursday, Tuesday, Thursday Final...then I'm off. I'm really looking forward to seeing my dad and leaving Vancouver. It will be a great trip. Happy early Birthday Aaron and Chels!

Studyiiiing

Hey everyone,

How is studying for exams going? I am already sick of it :P hahaha. But I am doing okay...

Don't really have anything to say really but felt like posting.

Aaron pointed out that we are almost at 1000 posts! I wonder who will be the one to post the 1000th post! :O

Umm yep so what else? Well I've been thinking more about what to do after I graduate and such. I've talked to a prof at school about grad school and different options and I'm going to be talking to this guy I know who got a M of Food Science at UBC to learn more about the program later this week. I am not really sure if that's what I want to do... There is a one year professional Food Science Masters program at UBC (that's what I am referring to) and I am considering it... But of course if I want to do a masters I will have to look at other schools with good programs to and such sooooo yep I have more research to do still.

Do you guys know what you want to do after your bachelor's?

A Very Merry Un-birthday to you!

How does the Sunday December 13th sound for my party? Chels + Ann have given me thumbs up so that leaves Joanne, Lily, and Dan. Just to be clear, you don't have to get me anything for my birthday. But if, for whatever reason, you insist on getting me something, I have a list of (reasonable; not like, an electric scooter or something) stuff you can get me.

Two days left of school and then I'll be freeee... ish.

Anything else... oh, well, I recall one of the original rules for this blog was to update on love life, which of course, is mantastic. Minus the man. So yes, it's just tastic. There's a guy I met online who lives in Texas named Juan and I really like him (he also said he'd "totally date me" and he thinks I'm sweet) but of course, he's a few hundred miles away. Sigh. I didn't really want to mention him unless something big happened (ie. him deciding to visit me or vice versa) but seeing as how this blog is mainly me + Chels and Lily, who skims and may not even read this, I guess it's not that big a deal.

Aww chels... don't go crazy. It's just school.
My finals are on 8,10, 15,17 (tuesday, thursday). I don't have that much time in between finals to go to your party, Aaron so sorry in advance. I'm leaving on the 18th.
