Stuff

Had an interview at the library on Wednesday and it didn't go as awesomely as I thought, but then again, it's hard to really look at things objectively. I guess we'll see in two weeks whether or not they want me as a shelver. In the meantime, I should probably get to work on my memoir because I've been neglecting it for a few days...

Also thinking about sending out my memoir to agents. I looked at a few publishers a couple weeks ago but they kind of intimidated me because they were so professional and fancy and I'm not even finished my memoir (although to be fair, I'm writing stand-alone chapters of events/essays so I don't really have an ending; it's just arbitrary). I was thinking I'd write a couple more chapters, send it off to some literary mags, and then send out my book proposal out. I've even been thinking/outlining a second memoir book, so I think that's a probably a clue that I should be wrapping up my first one soon. 

Ann: Do you want to hang out sometime again? What's your schedule like these days? Let's have a board game day/night!

Cramp City

So unfortunately, it appears that I am joining the lactose intolerance club. It's a sad day, though I sort of knew it was inevitable. I'm not sure why I say that but I've felt for a while that I was going to be lactose intolerant. Does that make me sound crazy? Hmm.

Then again I should probably not drink two cups of milk at once. Especially after not having milk for a while...

Anyhow apparently there is going to be a "honey moon" tonight. Check it out!
